Our vast range of superior quality holiday homes, apartments, villas and cottages along the European coast and inland waters consists of more than 50.000 holiday accommodations spread across Europe. This includes accommodations owned by private persons as well as tour operators, such as TUI Ferienhaus, Belvilla, Interhome, Villa Vacant, Bungalow.Net, Novasol, Cuendet, InterChalet, Interholiday, Dansommer, Topic Travel, DanCenter and Vipholidays.
How do I benefit?
Beachhouse.eu only deals with reliable partners with which we make special agreements, so that we can help you benefit from attractive rates. The user-friendliness of this website makes searching and comparing within the vast range of holiday homes as simple and convenient as possible for you. It is important for you to know that Beachhouse.eu does not add any costs for its role as intermediary in the searching for and booking of a holiday home, and that the cost will never amount to more than the rate charged when you book directly with a tour operator!
Where can I find the general terms and conditions?
Because Beach House Travel acts as an intermediary and does not let holiday accommodations itself, the general terms and conditions are those of the tour operator or homeowner concerned. During final step of the booking process you will find the general terms and conditions of the relevant tour operator or homeowner at the bottom. For your convenience we have listed the general terms and conditions of our partner tour operators in the helpdesk.
What role does Beachhouse.eu play as a booking platform?
The role of Beachhouse.eu is to act as an intermediary between you and the letter in order to complete a booking. This booking encompasses an agreement between you and the letter (a tour operator or private individual) in which the letting of a holiday accommodation is finalised. Whether an accommodation is linked to guarantees/hallmarks like the ANVR, SGR, Calamity fund, Thuiswinkel Hallmark and more, is indicated alongside every accommodation if applicable, and during the booking process.
Am I obliged to take out travel insurance?
You are not obliged to take out travel insurance via Beachhouse.eu. We do, however, recommend that you do this. You can conveniently take out travel- and/or cancellation insurance in step 3 of the booking process.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel your journey subject to specific conditions imposed by the relevant tour operator. You will find the applicable travel conditions in the booking confirmation received from your tour operator.
How will I know whether a holiday home is still available?
In the calendar on the accommodation page the orange-coloured dates indicate periods during which the accommodation is still available. After you have selected the period (consisting of 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, weekend, midweek or long weekend), you may click on the available arrival dates and the information regarding arrival, departure and rental price is displayed below the calendar. This makes it easy to for you to make a booking.
Can I rent an accommodation for an extra day, or for an unusual duration?
The prevailing rental periods are indicated on the accommodation page. A duration deviating from these rental periods can be requested from the letter of the holiday accommodation. So this may be possible as long as the holiday accommodation is not let during the preceding or proceding period.
Can I select an accommodation in a child-friendly environment?
If you would like a child-friendly environment, we suggest that you search for an accommodation at a holiday park, which will cater to the needs of you and your child(ren). If this is the opposite of what you are looking for, and you’d prefer privacy and peace, take note of the open space around the holiday home that you’re interested in. However, ample open space around you holiday home can mean that there are fewer extra facilities in the area. You can at all times use refine your search with child-friendly facilities, like Cot, Playpen and so on.
Is my accommodation suitable for a disabled person?
You can refine your search with our disabled persons suitable function to display holiday accommodations which are modified to suit disabled persons. Under the features tab, you can view what modifications have been made.
How does the booking of a holiday home work?
Once you’ve selected your dream holiday home and your desired time period from our extensive database, you can make a booking enquiry. You will be guided step-by-step through the fields to be filled in, and the eventual result will be a booking.
Are there any additional costs?
If there are any additional costs, these will be mentioned in the information about the holiday accommodation concerned, and in the first step of the booking form.
Is my booking definite?
When you confirm your booking application, you close a direct agreement with the tour operator or private letter. You will then immediately receive a booking confirmation from Beachhouse.eu and the relevant tour operator or homeowner via email.
Can I make changes once the booking has been made?
Change requests can be passed on directly to the tour operator or private letter who owns the accommodation. Whether costs are involved depends on the conditions imposed by the relevant tour operator or private letter. You will find their contact details in your booking confirmation.
How secure is the payment method?
The payment methods which we offer, including credit card, Paypal, iDEAL, bank transfer or once-off payment, are fully secure. The payment method made available by a tour operator or private letter will appear in the second step of the booking process. The personal details you provide are shielded from others at all times using 256-bits SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection. All your details are always handled with confidentiality.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Once your booking has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation from Beachhouse.eu, as well as from the relevant tour operator or private letter. Most tour operators will also send you a receipt and travel documents by post.
What if I have additional wishes?
Upon completion of your booking, you can contact the letter to find out to what an extent your additional requests can be accommodated. If you have questions about this, you can contact us in advance.
