A small distance from the house is the restaurant "Il Crotto" where local specialties are still being prepared according to the old recipes (Handmade pasta, deserts etc.): recommended!

Famous actors like George Clooney for example often stays along the Como Lake, he bought 2 villas there; therefore take the chance to come across such famous celebrities in restaurants or other locations.

This beautiful villa is by Lake Como. The villa has direct pedestrian access to the adjacent pebble beach. The villa is spacious and tastefully furnished. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy a delightful holiday at Lake Como. You can enjoy splendid views of the lake, the beach, the Bellagio headland and the Alps from the living room and the balcony. The villa has two roomy balconies, one on the beach side and one on the garden side. They are ideal at meal times and for relaxing. There is a large garden of around 2,000 m2. The villa is close to the public beach which can be reached by the S.P.72 road. This is an ideal holiday destination for those who want to combine staying in an exclusive villa with enjoying interesting excursions.
The location is ideal even for the winter sport (the fashionable and exclusive St.Moritz is situated within 1hr drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place: in the town there is a small and easy train station (info, prices and times on: www.trenitalia.com) from which the railway line passes at 30m of the vacationhouse (it is a secondary railway line which is not busily).
Via the public boat transport, you can quickly go to Bellagio and reach the other side of the lake (info, prices and times of the boat line on: www.navigazionelaghi.it).
